The staff there are super nice and helpful. I had a problem with my Cellphone and the staff diagnosed the problem right away and gave me a price and a date I could pick up my Cellphone. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable from Cellphones to TVs to Video games. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

They got me in without an appointment. They only made me wait for a “hour or two” until my phone was DONE! Because I happened to go there while the repair technician was on a lunch break. Any time I hear this it usually takes HOURS! Not at this shop… one hour and forty minutes later they called me to say that my phone was ready!!! Did I forget to mention that I have an older model that is getting hard to find parts for. (iPhone 11S) Not diagnosed. Not ready to be sent to the factory and sent back. Not even fixable but the part will take a week to be delivered. DONE. TODAY!!! I’m a reluctant iPhone user and have NEVER had an experience with the Apple Store solved so quickly and for less than $140 to get my screen replaced with a tempered glass screen protector without having to have my phone shipped out to be serviced out of state for AT LEAST $200. And it always takes days to get my phone back. It’s going to be my go-to phone repair shop from now on. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. GO HERE.

Friendly, helpful front desk service. Dropped a device off and thankfully they had all the parts in stock and finished the repair quickly! Not to mention the screen protector the tech gave me for no extra fee!
